I have a support site Id and I am authorised user for Worksite Products, but I am not able to locate Worksite MP WorkRoute installable links in support, Should I raise any case in support for this or please anybody verify that is it any inbuild component of a particular module. Please help me on this issue

, can you check and confirm that they are not accessible to you in both the sites?.
