Image upload issue thru MediaBin

Hi,
We have MB 4.5.3 on Windows2003. TS 6.5 SP3.

In our DCT, when we browse for Image which is located in MediaBin, it shows all available assets to select. When we select image and submit on image selection window, it fills the image path in DCT and also fills image height,width and size.

This works fine for only some files and for some files it's NOT working after selecting image in image selection window and after clicking on Submit.

I tested couple of diff size files, it behaves strange. Here is some for your ref.

1. File size 23KB(355,190) works fine
2. File size 15,12KB (806,1110) works fine
3. File size 24KB (800,600) NOT working -- not filling the text field in DCT and hung up there after selecting image in image selection window and after clicking on Submit
4. Same for File size 7KB (300,231), File size 404KB (2546,3307)

Any help/suggestions/comments is appreciated.

1.Are all these files of the same (Eg. jpeg/png/gif) format ?
2.Are there any non-english charaters OR empty spaces in the File names that you're having trouble with ?
3. Anything unusual in the servletd_out.log on the TS65 SP3 Side ?

Answers respectively for your questions as follows:
1. They are all diff. formats. Not Working ones are all JPG (just realized) and one .tif file also not working.
2. No non-english charaters OR empty spaces in the File names
3. I just tested the same problem once again and checked the 'ervletd_out.log' and I didn't see any special. Thee was some thing else which is not related to my problem.

Any help is appreciated. This problems occurs some times when the image has strange metadata info also. Some images have proper metadata (i.e., without any special characters/ strange character) , still it hangs for ever.I checked the permissions, properties and etc.. No Luck. but, need some help to fix this issue.
