Are you using TS 6.5 already ? If not, then you are asking too generic question to answer. There are a lot many new features added in TS 6.5 which would definitely help your users. By searching you can easily get to know that.
Otherwise, TS 6.5 sp2 do have advantage over TS 6.5 which depends how you can manipulate for help you out.
