Create your own folder under lib keep your perl module inisde that with proper permission. Take an example. you created a Test.pm, create a folder called Test inside lib and place your Test.pm inside that folder.

Then you can use perl moduleinside your program as shown

use Test::Test;

If you do not have access to lib folder for any reason then you can put the pm file under any folder under iw-home and then access the pm by using use lib "path/of/yourfolder/underwhich/youhave/pmfile"

You need to check iw-perl/lib or iw-perl/site/lib or iw-perl/vendor/lib any of these location should be the the one where you can find con folder and in that folder you would find util.pm file or also check directly util.pm

Perl uses @INC array to retrieve the path for the modules.

$ iwperl -V

check the @INC array value.

In addition to that, nobody is preventing you from having your own module directory, by modifying @INC array.

Here what you can do:

BEGIN {
push @INC, "/default/main/path/to/WORKAREA/perl/modules";
}

The above code would work for PT's too.

It's all in your enviroment var: perl5lib or else perllib (could be in uppercase).

You can add other dirs here as well.

Alternatively print out your @INC from within perl. f.i.:

iwperl -e "print join \"\n\", @INC"

and you can dynamically add dirs to @INC

Or get yourself "Perl in a nutshell" from O'Reilly. :-)
