You can use:
1. Workflow on Finish which would run external script to generate dcr.
2. On save use callserver which would do the same.

Having said that, I wonder what could be the reason for having multiple dcr's with same dct?

Do you need to create the same dcr from the DCT or the dcr needs to be different from each other depending on some selection criteria ?
At what stage do you need to create these dcr(s) ?

I think you need to expand a bit on your question.
Creating multiple DCRs from the same DCT is done all the time - though usually on individual New Form sessions.
Perhaps you're using the wrong terminology? since DCRs generally aren't "generated" - they're created based on DCTs.

U can use a presentation template to achieve this.

Say U have

section_1
section_2
section_3

Presentation template would have the logic to generate the DCR(fragment) based on your condition.

section_1
section_3

or

section_2
section_3

At the end of the presentation template, U have to set EA(extended attributes) on the DCR.

There seems to be some fundamental terminology issues here - or perhaps I'm just very confused right now. A DCR is created by filling in a DCT - it is not "generated" and the creation of a DCR has nothing to do with PT's (unless you are doing something very tricking like processing a DCR of one DCT-type with a PT to generate a DCR of another DCT-type -- why you would want to do this, I don't know, but it's the only thing I can think of right now that might fix the terminology used here).

A generated page is the result of processing a DCR with a PT.
A PT can be configured to generate multiple output files from a single PT (with some caveats)
A DCT (from which the DCR is created) can be configured to be processed by multiple PTs - each one is then capable of generating multiple output files when processing the DCR.

Perhaps danvcn can re-express the issue for which a solution is being sought?
