how does one list only selected "user accts" in the workflow form and IS there a way to correlate the NT account to an alias name?

I create and manage my own user lists for my various workflows. You can programmatically list only the users you want in the drop-down. Email me if you want more detail. As far as correlating an NT account to an alias, you can manage this as well with a delimited file. Email me for more info.
