Cannot login into Admin GUI

I have installed the OpenDeploy 6.1.1 base, the target and admin on Windows 2003. When I try to log into the Admin GUI, I am getting the following error,

Post you logs which the error message is showing, post your od.log too. are u'r services running?

Got it working. It is a bug, in IE, had to change the language settings to include "en-us".
