Dynamic value not preserved

TS 6.7.1, Win 2003 Enterprise Server

I have a listbox which doesnt have any values initally, (No option tags set on the DCT) and the values are populated dynamically. Once saved, when i open the saved dcr in notepad or editplus,the value for that item was not saved.

The DCT snippet is

Has anyone encountered this before? How to overcome this?

when you say 'populated dynamically' - can you elaborate on how you do this? in detail.
