can't send/respond to private messages

Is anyone else getting this problem?.. I keep getting an error when trying to respond to a private message - I've also tried sending a new message instead of replying but with the same results. I get the following message

I had already sent him one.

BTW, Johnny, you may need to delete old PMs that you sent before. I know I had problems with being over the max when the new devnet was brought up.

You were able to send your reply to me. I did receive it. Check how many you have in your sent PMs. It ma have gone out but could not save.

Might be the user you are sending to... puts a block on receiving messages.

Do we have block facility for receiving messages available here... I tried looking into "Buddy / Ignore List" option as I assume if I ignore somebody then he won't be able to send me any message.... but "Buddy / Ignore List" is giving me below error..
