Launchpad upload error

Error uploading file C:\IWTemp\... to TeamSite server.
Error Internal Server Error connecting to 'http://10.2.1.123/iw-cc/launchpad/upload'

I got this error message when I trying to upload files into TeamSite server.

can anyone address about that? thanks

Hi,

Is the file dowloaded by the same user who is uploading it ? and does this happen for a particular user or for all the users ?

it is only me working on the file, which means the downloader and the uploader also the same person.

I tried different account, and I still got the same error message

Hi,

I assume you must have tried some ****-bit troubleshooting like logout and re-login, refreshing the screen, trying with a new browser window, etc.

if it still doesn't work, then we have to think about this matter.

Yes, I tried, and the only thing I miss out is using different browser.

but opreviously my Content Center just work well, today suddenly said launchpad issue.

Did you change any property of your system using admin priviledges? ... as this might happen when you IWTEMP folder gets corrupted.

Try deleting the folder and then re-use the system again.

ops, my Technical Architecture Team just reboot the server, and now the problem had gone, but still don't know the cause of the problem.

anyway, very appreciate for your help.
