MB 4.5.2 Permissions window

We are experiencing approx 2 minutes of latency when opening up the permissions window through the native client on several folders.
We recently restructured the folder structure and permissions on several folders under root. I can explain the difference in structure if its relevant.
This issue appears only on the restructure folders and their sub folders.
The ContainerSecurityCache is set to 80000 on the MBSettings table.
I have noticed a strange connection to customer-reverse-entry.216.93.175.88:ldap when i attempt to open the permissions window on one of these folders.
This attempted connection does not appear when opening the permissions window for other folders.
Ive also logged a case with IWOV support but i am curious to know if anyone else has seen this type of issue.

problem sovled(ish)
I routed that IP back into the machine so it gets a connection refused right away. I still have no idea why MB would try to bind to an external IP on port 389 but hopefully IWOV support will find an answer.
