WSMP 3 to 5 Upgradation

Well, we have a system running on WorksiteMP 3.1 and we are looking to migrate it to WSMP 5.0. Is there a migration procedure to do the same. Will I have to first upgrade the system to WSMP 4.1 and then to 5 or can I directly move the system to 5.

P.S. Any advice given is welcome. I have only worked on WSMP 4 and have little idea about WSMP 3 and 5

Step1:
Upgrade to WSMP-4.1 HFB 9 ASAP if you're still on 3.1 in Production!!.
Step2
WSMP 5 is a whole new story depending on your current implementation scenario & customizations .
