Create a New Site

I have successfully installed LiveSite 3.0 and trying to create a new site. I am in the Content Center Professional and in the appropiate workarea and from file menu select create new site. I am presented with a form and after filling in all the fields when I submit next nothing happens. There is error on page at the bottom of the screen but there is no alert or any message displaying the error. I also checked all the log files but nothing. The only thing I saw was in the access.log

Environment is windows 2003 server and TeamSite 6.7.1
Please let me know if you have any ideas where to look to find for error or what I am missing .

I assume not too many people are already working with Livesite 3. I am about to start on it. If I come across the same behaviour I will certainly let you know.
