MediaBin and frames

I am trying to runn MediaBin through a frames based Intranet. Whilst the default.asp page runs OK when the window.top checker is commented out, once main.asp page loads there are errors. If I use the default page uncommented, it obviously breaks out of the frameset.

Is there a way to force MediaBin to run in a frame ?
