fcgiwaspc process Not running

I am TS6.7.1 , i am not getting fcgiwaspc process to run. Can any one tell me how to get this straight

Also when i try to execute this file "cssdkfcgi.exe" it says, libfcgi.dll is not found. But i can see thid dll under this path "C:\Interwoven\TeamSite\cssdk\ssc6.5". Please advice as how can i get his working.

path to this directory right? C:\Interwoven\TeamSite\cssdk\ssc6.5

Please advice. I also have that empty path variable. setPATH=""

When you the set PATH="". that is likely a bad thing. If you are setting it correctly (say through control panel) and the zeroing it out. That would not be good.
