WorksiteMP 4.1 + Lucene + Stemming

Hello all,
I have two simple queries:
1. Full text search in worksite mp 4.1 is enabled for stemming by default. Is there a configuration option to disable stemming in full text searches ?
2. Does worksiteMP 5.0 also use Lucene ? If yes, which version of lucene ?
