job of psd file upload hang

Hi all:
My mediaBin version is 4.5.3, and I got AGS 2.1 and photoshop 7 installed. The problem is I can not upload any psd file both in web client and desktop client, the job state is always loading...
Any reply will be appreciate.

How big are these psd files and what version of photoshop were they made with?

BTW, you don't need photoshop installed in order to ingest psd's.

This is clearly not expected behavior. Please contact support and be sure to send them all your logs. They will give you extra steps to help narrow down what may be wrong.

Do you notice any difference when accessing a file via a UNC path instead of a local path and ingesting via the Windows Native Client? That would suggest something like lack of disk space in the transfer folder.
