You're talking apples and oranges here - and although it is possible to mix the two - you haven't presented it clearly.

Is the editing of the DCR being performed within the context of a job?
Or is the DCR edited and then being associated with a job?
Or do you really mean job_initiator at all?
Perhaps you mean content contributor / author?

If you can do a better job of explaining what you're trying to accomplish, someone can probably do a reasonable job of pointing you in the right direction.
