ERROR - Invalid version info exchanged

I received the following ERROR message deploying from OD 6.0.2 SP 1 Solaris 9 to RHEL ES 3 6.0.2.0.0 Build 46963 SYM Interwoven 20050402:

ENG: 2007-05-30 18:21:36 CDT GMT-05:00 Thread-2083 ***ERROR - Invalid version info exchanged

Has anyone seen this "Invalid version info exchanged" before?

Yea that happens at times, esp if you upgrade a sender and the receivers do not change. Often there is a patch for the receiver to connect to the sender.
