Send mail issue

Hi,

Facing this wierd problem with workflow.

I am using "iwsend_mail.ipl" to send email notifications. I am getting "Completed email notification" message in the task, but still not receiving the emails.

The "iwsend_mail.log" is also getting updated. Getting the message as:
Success sending email to: username@domain.com.

Can someone guide me in the right direction to solve the issue.

Does your organization / your customer's organization have a Mail Admin - or a SysAdmin who's particularly well versed in administering their mail servers? If so - work with them to figure out what's going on.

iwsend_mail.ipl will report success if it was able to connect to a mail server and hand off the mail. The mail server might then process the mail and decide to reject it for any number of reasons - or there could be a problem on the mail server where it isn't processing all of its queues or some such.

The person who is responsible for administration of the mail server is the person most likely to be able to shed light on what is happening.
