Removing a few items from the GUI

TS 6.7.1

Has anyone removed the column id="iw.models.ccpro.job_details_view.link" and id="iw.models.ccpro.task_details_view.link" from the Job and Task UI. I can't seem to find the correct xml for it in ui_custom.xml

I'm also trying to remove the Review item from the workflow "task details" screen on the "file" action list in CCPRO. This link tries to bring up Visual Annotate.
