Error while saving Templating Data Capture Form

piyushshukla

Sometimes get the following error -

"Either there are fields that are fields that are required to be filled, or there are fields with invalid values. Please fix this before saving."

even though all fields have been filled up.

Check whether if any field was set invalid, and hasn't been made valid on/before save, or have you set any regex validation for the invalid field ?

Attach your datacapture.cfg along with the custom formapi scripts if any. May be you have made any item as invalid on any event and its not set as valid explicitly again.

I have attached the datacapture.cfg file.

Can you just check and let us know which field(s) are not accepted as valid on saving ? The item should be shown in red as default for invalid entry.
Does the hidden fields have valid values ?

piyushshukla

The problem seems to be invalid value for some hidden field.
