I upgraded my MediaBin version from 4.0 to 4.5.3.
My MediaBin server shows running in the Services. But the enterprise manager 4.5.3/ Windows client 4.5.3 cannot open and throws error "Unable to connect to server; The MediaBin server is not running".
Log file shows as follows:
02/02/07 17:36:36 License Error: number of servers in cluster 2, exceeds licensed value 1.
Did trouble shooting as follows:
1) Checked the SQL Server connection is up and running.
2) Checked the ODBC - system DSN is up and connected successfully.
3) Checked Control Panel --> MediaBin System Administration
* Pointing to \\10.93.98.24\MBDataDirectory
* MediaBin Service account is filled with domain user
* Database access is filled with MediaBin Repository and username/ password.
4) Checked Services --> MediaBin services running.
5) Checked MBPAdminConsole.exe and confirmed the current database version is 4.5.3
REMARKS:
A) MISSING: No MBPClient.log files and no Logs folder under programfiles/MediaBin Enterprise Manager folder.

MediaBin System Administration is pointing to \\xx.xx.xx.xx\MBDataDirectory. Is it correct?
Should change it to \\MyMachine\MBDataDirectory? Please advice.
C) While upgrading 4.5.3 version, I'm using the same license file which was used for 4.0 version.
Is it correct Or Do I need separate license file for 4.5.3 version?
