Regarding importing of docs into teamsite server from local server

I have access to open teamsite server as a master, but i cant import docs from local server.
Is their any method to import docs in the server?
If yes how to do that?

Arent masters supposed to have access to all branches in a store?

you have read access to the branch/workarea (top level), but write operation would still be subject to file permissions in that location. Not sure about directory browsing, I believe file permission may be ignored for that.

which version of TS are you using?
If you are using TS6.7 or above, then there are no restrictions for master users.

Having master doesn't give you the ability to import into anywhere. You still need to be included into the group that's assigned to the workarea in which you are trying to import the file. Or you have to create a workarea where you are the owner.

Yes as taalgaard said, the user who is trying to import files, should belong to the group to which the branch / workarea is configured.
