InDesign plugin adds extra pages when uploaded into MediaBin
Bill Klish
MediaBin 4.5.3
InDesign CS2 4.0.5
InDesign plugin 4.1.6.1
I have a 1 page InDesign document that I uploaded into mediabin, but it created 3 pages in the layers list and the output as pdf creates it as 3 pages too, first page and 2 blank pages. Is this normal?

This issue has been solved. The problem lies in the way that Interwoven is pulling the PDF data out of the InDesign file. Instead of using the PDF Export capability in the same fashion that InDesign does, Interwoven is including the Master page layouts in the PDF previews. So, my document had 2 blank master pages that are getting included into the preview that is sent to the MediaBin server.
This is sort of like uploading a powerpoint file and having your slide master be included with the actual slides, instead of just having the slide text.
I was unable to find a way to remove the master page from the InDesign file, and when I export the file as a PDF inside of InDesign, the master pages aren't there.
Hopefully this will be corrected in the next release.

Added to the feature request list for the next iteration of the plug-in.
