Disk Failures?

Has anyone experienced any disk failure messages, for example.

E:\iw-store\default WriteData(12288, 0) writing to
E:\iw-store\default\d0\dcc\d3d\ff5-1

TeamSite crashed giving us disk failures in the UI and then above message in the iwevents.log. The problem is our infrastructure guys have ruled out it is a physical disk failure. The problem now is TeamSite keeps falling over. We also get the following errors logged after running an iwfsck on the backing store.

I would be really interested to know if anyone has ever come accross anything like this before and what they have done to fix it. The last time we had this we ran iwmigrate on the backing store....

Have you run an iwfsck on the backing store since the problem occurred?
Is it possible that the partition where the store is located became over-filled (perhaps temporarily) at the point in which the errors occurred?

Hi yes we are running a iwfsck and the output so far has sbeen sent to support. The errors so far we have been told are trivial and not worth worrying about but we are still waiting for it to complete (it terminated in the middle for some reason).

No, the partition did not run out of space. There was and is almost double the size of the backing store free.

We had a similar problem when we were using a 5.5.2. backing store with 6.5 UI but we ran iwmigrate to resolve the issue... now were struggling to find the root cause. I am really worried about this as our customers are really losing confidence in TeamSite.
