Error on accessing Catalog folder

Hi

when i access this particular catalog folder called - "Clients and projects" in our knowledge space, it is throwing the following error "WorkSite MP cannot get the version information from the server."

The logs show the following -

I found the document "NEXTGEN_NEXT-0001-01-00_TestingPilot_SOW_06-2006_v0 6" and deleted it. still getting the same error message given above.

Will appreciate any help to solve my above problem.
