Unidentified log files generating when OpenDeploy triggers for home page generation

Hi All,

I am working onTeamsite 6.1 sp2 version.

I am not able to track down where from log files are getting generated in \OpenDeployNG\log folder

I give you all few examples of these files.

"src.wft_opendeploy_sunchem_htdocs399759.htdocs_content.{teamsite_server name}.to.{web server name}"
"src.wft_opendeploy_sunchem_htdocs400070.htdocs_content.{teamsite_server name}.to.{web server name}
.log.mf"

These logs are generating when OpenDeploy triggers for home page workflow.

I have checked all ipl files which gets triggered throgh our workflow document file. But logs in \OpenDeployNG\log folder are not getting generated through them.

This has bounced me off terribly.
Please help me people.

The above says you have a deployment config file named "wft_opendeploy_sunchem_htdocs" that is being run with an inst parameter that is likely (though not definitiely) the value of the particular taskid or jobid of the workflow from which it is being run (399759, 400070) with a definition named "htdocs_content" being deployed from your {teamsite_server_name} to a target node of {web server name}

So - if you're trying to figure out where this is coming from, I'd suggest searching all your WFTs (and/or WFMs) for externaltasks or cgitask 'command' parameters that would be running a deployment script that would be running the wft_opendeploy_sunchem_htdocs deployment configuration file.

I completely understand what you said. But I had already done that step(as you suggested) and was unable to get any resonable information. I have checked all relevant files. I am able to track down other log files but not the ones about whom I mentioned in my previous post.

I'm not sure what to tell you - the answer is within your custom code and/or configuration files - so short of running a grep over every single file within IWHOME and each and every workarea (or staging area) [just in case the script is pulling information that's being stored within the branches] ... which might not be a bad idea - I have no idea what else to suggest.

If I were on-site, that's probably the way I'd tackle it.
