Branch access help

I've created a new branch, branch-1. I'm the owner of the branch, and the group is set to an AD group (I think) called allStaff. My understanding is that everyone is a member of this group, so if you can log on to teamsite you should be able to see it. However, I have a user who needs to get into a subbranch, and can't see branch-1. Any ideas?

We're running Teamsite 6.5 on Windows 2003.

Have you tried rebooting the server?

I have had this issue before, especially with new branches, and this often has fixed the problem.

No, although I think the server has been rebooted (and reset, many times) since I created the branch about 3 weeks ago. Thanks for the suggestion, though - I'll check the logs and see what I can find out. Otherwise, I may just delete it and recreate.

This doesn't inspire much confidence. Are you SURE the problematic user is in this group?

Yes, as they can log in to the CMS, and see all the other branches.

I deleted the branch and created it again. Now, the users can see it, and can even get into the workarea, but everything is greyed out.
