Urgent-Can't preview pages in Teamsite!

hi,
i try to preview the pages in teamsite but can't get it done. here is my iwpproxy -d output:

secondly, in IIS, the TCP port is 81. The error i get is below when i try to preview a page:
in iw.cfg file the customer_webserver_port is 81.

"HTTP Error 404 - File or directory not found.
Internet Information Services (IIS)"
Sometimes if i turn the customer_webserver_port to 80 in iw.cfg file, it will give me the following error:
"can't connect to contmgmt01.yashind.com:81" I went thru the admin doc and i think i am following the exact steps for port communication.
Could somebody guide me ASAP on this?

TS 6.7 win2003 with SP2, IE 7.

Port 81 is the correct port to use - however you also have to configure the web server instance running on port 81 to know how to access content from TeamSite - and it sounds like this part was never done.

For IIS - I believe you need to create a Virtual Directory named "iwmount" that points to Y:\, then restart the web server instance. I also believe this information is covered in either the Install or Administration manuals for TeamSite.

I view the file and nothing gets updated in the log file. I believe its some issue and i am not able to track it out. Appreciate if you could help on this.

try checking iwutild_cmdout.log instead of iwutild.log

I got an utlity daemon error code 6 issue as well while previewing dcr's and I can't solve it. (Linux Red Hat)

However, i re-checked the configurations in IIS and iw.cfg and find that they seem to be okay as per the admin guides. Could it be an installation issue? We are using win2003 server with SP2 and TS 6.7.

What are you trying to preview ? Click on an HTML file & what happens ?

Do you have proxy settings ?
