Email Username Mapping

S01tdi123\tm_products_editor is Pang Wai Kong, and S01tdi123\tm_products_author is Shaun Lee.

Upon submission of DCR, an email will be send to editor. In the email, the TeamSite user name for editor is displayed. And the TeamSite user name for author is displayed in the email body as shown in the attachment email_map1.GIF.

Our requirement is to display the actual name of the editor and the author. In the above example, it should be display as Pang Wai Kong and Shaun Lee respectively as shown in the attachment email_map2.GIF.

Is there any way to achieve this requirement?

Hi Pang,

One of the possible ways would be to get the email id mapped to your full name in your modules and before sending mails just retrieve the full name and place it in the mail body.
