Getting exception while starting the workflow

Hi,

I am getting an exception when I try to start the workflow.
In the workspace,after clicking the New Process link I am selecting the Workflow Template, then when I click continue link its giving exception like IllegalStateException. Below I have given the error stack.

Anything in the iwtrace.log?
