Can't download the file from teamsite server to the localserver

I tried downloading a file from a particular Teamsite server but it is showing some error, i have attached the error .
Also, i am able to download files from another different teamsite server to the same local machine.

what is TS version, JVM version and browser configuration?

Do you see anything in the server logs?

Also, i am unable to download only from a particular branch. I do not have access to import into the branch i am unable to download from. are these two related in any way to each other?

I have been working with teamsite only for less than a week and so my knowledge is very limited.
i shall find and look into the server logs

Do you have access to the branch where you are trying to download files?
You should be a member of the workarea group.
