You have to use locations and branch (sub) Tags of the template Tag. See TeamSite® FormsPublisher Developer’s Guide for details.

This is so called "regular expression" or regex for short. ".*" in particular means "Match any number of arbitrary characters, including none".

Altogether the regex indicates vpath that either ends with "/Training" (...whatever.../Training) or possibly
continues after "/BRA" (...whatever.../BRA...whatever...).

Regex looks like it has been sloppily modified as the system grew. Either correct or not its equivalent is "^.*/(Training|BRA.*)$".
For example, BRA0 or BRA2 will match as well.
