Branches, workarea are not visible

Hi,
All the users of TeamSite (no matter what their role is) are getting message as following when they click on Workarea
TeamSite Server: ****.xx.****.xx
Version: 5.0.1 Build 3687 Interwoven 20010719
And most buttons are not visible except Back, Refresh and Select All/Clear All. All most all the options are not visible in drop down list.
Does any one knows, what might be the problem behind this?

You should check your iw.cfg file to verify what are your settings for the following topics 'ui_remove_menu_items' and 'ui_disable_directories'.
When creating a new workarea you need to be sure you entered a Usergroup to which your user belongs in the 'Group for sharing' attribute.
You should find more info on all those topics in the ts.****.admin.****.pdf

Hi,
iw.cfg looks fine. The user and the user group has been already created and it was working fine. All of the sudden it happend. The most recent change we have done is, license got expired and renewed it. Right from there we have this problem. We changed already 3 license key to get rid of this problem. /iwmnt and /.iwmnt looks fine. All files are in those directory are safe. The interesting thing is, if i log in as author using Web desk interface, i could see all the branches, workarea, data catagory, etc..... But when i try to edit the file or creating new data record or creating new job, it throws error like
TeamSite Wrapper
Invalid Session string
4387838kjdjf99823jkjw...........

Have you contacted support regarding this issue? That would be your best bet.

I have contacted the interwoven support. But no luck. So I just uninstalled the TeamSite and re-installed it. It is working fine now.

Did you ever find out what this was? I have the same problem with a few of my users but not all of them. All of a sudden they will just get this message. Nothing has changed recently.
