VFE custom styles in TS 6.7

Hi,
We are trying to implement simple custom styles in TS 6.7 for VFE. We are following the exact same steps as per the developer guide. We could implement this in TS6.5 but the results simply don't show up in TS 6.7. e.g. we included a "Heading Test" in the list for the headinglist and all others by default work but this doesn't seem to work at all.
Secondly we implented a style sheet and that too doesn't show up at all!. (it works in 6.5 though).

Could anyone suggest a solution or guide us?
