Bundling Related Assets

I'm working on a requirement where in the content author, in the DCR, might include Images and within the VFE might include links to other DCR's(this DCR will be in the workarea. Not submitted to STAGING). During worklflow, he wants to deploy all the related assets like images, other DCR's. I do have metatagger process in the workflow for tagging all the related assets. Cos the portal is dependent on these metadata's.

Any ideas would be appericated.

To attach and deploy the related assets are very normal tasks as part of the deployment process. I personally use HTML/XML parsers to find out the related assets as part of the html files or dcr and it all depends upon your requirement why you need to use metatagger for this?

Thanks for the suggestion. The metadata is required by the portal for setting it's websphere specific PDM metadata and also for searching the content. Though the search is done by GSA. The metadata list is provided by the portal during deployment process.

I am not sure they use IWOV's metatagger....fromn the look of it.... but I might be wrong Smiley Happy
