Memory leak in DataDeploy 6.1.1

We are running into an issue on our servers where we are consistently running out of memory attempting to do standalone deployments from inside OpenDeploy. These same deployments used to work in OD 6.0.2, but since we upgraded we are continually running out of memory.

Word of caution, do not upgrade your servers until the memory leak issue is resolved if you are using DataDeploy.
