Preview Error(preview.removemanifest.error.msg)

hi friends,

While i preview the DCR or generated html files, sometimes I got a strange teamsite error like preview.removemanifest.error.msg in a popup window.
This error happens not all the times, only few times it pops out.

I am using Teamsite 6.7.1 on Windows 2003 SP1 Platform.
Can anyone throw light on this!

TST makes 2 types of files, one is a preview file, usually in the docroot, called something like zz_preview_me....html. It also creates some manifest files usually in /templatedata

Those files do not get cleaned out. If you go to Windows explorer and traverse the Y drive to the appropriate location, you can delete them. BTW, the TS GUI does not show those files, so don't try using it instead.

Somebody in content team deletes those manifest files in root hence the problem.

We have a simular problem with preview in TS6.5 SP2
When a user previews a DCR using the preview button, this builds a html page using div classes from css. The preview works fine and appears as it should, but it leaves a private .NFS file at the workarea level.

With a lot of users previewing content daily these .NFS files start to build up! Any ideas?

Example of file names:
.nfs9376
.nfsA376
.nfsB376
