Error while stopping Event Subsystem

I get the following error whlie stopping the event Subd using the following command: /iw-home/eventsubsystem/bin/eventsubd.sh stop


Defaulting EVENTSUBD_HOME to /app/iw-home/eventsubsystem
org.exolab.jms.tools.admin.OnlineConnectionException: Failed to connect: javax.jms.JMSException: Connection refused
at org.exolab.jms.tools.admin.OnlineConnection.(Unknown Source)
at org.exolab.jms.tools.admin.AdminMgr.main(Unknown Source)
Failed to initialize AdminMgr.
Exiting....

Can anyone identify the cause ??

Does your server have access to the internet? If not - that is likely the cause - and there used to be an XML file somewhere (don't recall where off the top of my head) that you could configure to tell TeamSite not to try to communicate with the internet for things like this (I believe it's a java "phone home" type thing).
Check with Support.
