IWMigrate question

I am trying to perform an Upgrade from Teamsite 6.1 SP2 on Microsoft Windows 2003 (NO SP1) to Teamsite 6.5 SP2 on the same platform.

I have been able to get Teamsite upgraded and trying to perform the IWMigrate funtion on a 100G store.

I am being told by support that I have to use the local Administrator account on the Windows Server in order for this to function. IWMigrate will not work as a user that is in the local administrator group.

Has anyone else run into this or is this a known issue for IWMigrate?

a question - why would you do iwmgrate on a compatible store? I mean 6.1 store will work happily with 6.5
