Upgrade from 6.1 to 6.5 on Solaris..help needed

Environment:

OS: Solaris 8x
Present Version/Product: TeamSite 6.1 OD 6.0.1
Upgrading to: Teamsite 6.5

We are trying to upgrade from 6.1 to 6.5 and the installer is failing with the following error message:

“InstallManager.install error - cannot determine current product version, upgrade in impossible

Any insight, please let me know soon

InstallManager.install error - cannot determine current product version, upgrade is impossible

This error occurs if OD 6.0 Admin UI and CSF 1.1.0 is already installed in your machine.

To resolve this error, you need to uninstall ODAdmin and CSF 1.1.0. After uninstalling OD Admin and CSF, the upgrade can continue from TeamSite 5.5.2 to 6.5.

Actually no. The KB I read was from 5.5.2 to 6.5. Mr. I.Don't.Know.It.All

Andy, I'm with you. Given the fact of the absence of serious regression testing in IWOV, the bug would appear in 6.1 as well.
