Publish failed: ERROR:02017

Hi,

We are having problems deploying an edition. We get following message in our logs -

2007/06/12 02:25:58 - (line 84) FATAL: Publish failed: ERROR:02017: Checked out files prevent submitting

Any help will be greatly welcomed.

Are you running any deployment workflow?? how are you deploying this edition?

Thanks for you quick reply.

Yes we are using deployment workflow and deploying through the option - deploy application.

A Standard deploy seems to work, its only the deploy application.

We have also checked that there are no locked files.

It dosn't seem to go into the deployment and stops abruptly.

Do a View > Locks or iwlistlocks at the branch level instead of the workarea level and see what comes back.

We have unlocked all files at branch level and have tried republishing without any luck.

Contact Support - open a case and work with them to find the resolution. When you find out what it is/was - post back with the details ...

Hi

We have done a Branch level unlock and redone a code-deployment, with success.

Due to the stresses and numerous meeting we didn't have a chance to do this yesterday.

We ran the iwstalelocks which brings back any invisible locks, and this didn't bring back anything, so we just redone the deployment and it work.

Just a big thanks to everyone who replied.
