Datadeploy deletes 'alien' rows

Hi,

My DBA has inserted rows into my interwoven content table and now whenever datadeploy tries to deploy 'it's' data it overwrites the dba's rows.

I am doing an EDITION deploy using OD6, and have tried to turn off enforce-ri and real-updates but it still deletes the rows.

Any ideas how how can get DD just to insert it's rows and leave the others intact?
