could not start the teamSite 6.7.1

Hi All,

wheh i try login to teamSite server, i get this type of error.
Below is the error description:

The interwoven Web Daemon was unable to contact the Interwoven servlet engine. The interwoven servlet engine may be down or running on unexpected host or port. Please contact the system administror.

I tried iwreset -a command to reset the server and tried again but still the experiencing the same problem.

Platform: Windows 2003 server (VMWare)
teamSite 6.7.1

please take a look at your servletd.log under /local/logs/iwui and see if there are any errors mentioned in there.

Did you changes any settings from default ?
And also please see other log files for any possible errors.

Did you got the TS running now ?

Have you checked that all the services are up and running before logging into TS server ?
