Hi,
I am listing the steps i follow to create a page in teamsite
can anybody tell if this is right
1.Login as author ,Go to workspace
2.Select file->new data record, then i get a template form
3.I fill in my contents and save it to the template data folder
4. then i click on the generate to generate a html file in the
generated folder in workarea

is this the steps to create an page
any help is appreciated

You are correct.

We have automated the process a bit, but without any automation, you need to follow the steps you spelled out.
