Teamsite Content centre shows no content on logging in. On signing into the server , no content is visible however the disk space usage is significant.
Version 6.1
Platform windows XP
Is this a problem with teamsite or has it something to do with the filesystem server setting?
Thanks for your time

Hi Vid,
Don't you see the GUI at all or the files/directories under the store ?
Are you able to successfully login into the TS server ?
I don't think any filesystem server settings allow you to hide the data on TS server.
What does the logs specify on successful login ?
Thanks,
Pawan

Are you running the server on windows xp, or is your client windows xp? I don't think the server components run successfully on windows xp.

Perhaps it's a JVM issue - check out the Release Notes and compare the information there with respect to what you have (on both your server and client machines)

Log on the server and open Windows Explorer. Is there a Y: drive ? Can you traverse to default/main ? Should be EDITION, STAGING and WORKAREA underneath (maybe more if you have branches)

Following nipper's thoughts, if you don't see any y: drive or just y: drive with no sub-folders, i would recommend to reboot your windows server. I have seen this in my previous environment. It does happen sometimes for no reasons.

Well, I faced a similar issue, when the branching structure on the left hand side never showed anything. It was because of an older patch of IE. :-(
Just make sure you have all the patches. If this is a new installation make sure win2k is on SP4 and IE6 is on SP1.

Hi,
Do you configure the content to any IDE while creating the project.
If Ecllipse(IDE for java development) is used, then content will be removed from the content center.
Windows 2000 is compatible to Teamsite
