BUILD FAILED when using make_toolkit.ipl

Hi,
I was trying to do some customization on ccstd.
But when i try to build it using the command
'd:\iw-home\iw-perl\bin\iwperl d:\iw-home\bin\make_toolkit.ipl'
the build fails giving me an error as shown below,

BUILD FAILED

\iw-home\local\config\lib\content_center\reference\build.xml:116: Execute failed: java.io.IOException: CreateProcess:

\iw-
home\iw-perl\bin\iwperl

\iw-home/install/clean_tk_war.ipl ../customer_out/customer.tk.war error=193

any idea why such a behavior ???

I tried closing all the open windows including the windows explorer, still its throwing the same error.

Are you running this command as someone in the local administrators group? On unix I think you need to have root access to run this command, so I would assume a similar thing on windows.

To fix this, edit the /local/config/lib/content_center/reference/build.xml and replace all iwperl instances with iwperl.exe.
