Does Livesite has it own preview area/ engine (separate from TeamSite preview)?
where the preview activity take place when user use in-context editing using livesite and then try to preview the changes?
Or user have to first pust the changed content from livesite to teamsite to preview the changes?

In Livesite 3.0 the preview is a separate context that closely matches the Runtime. currently some preview still are part of Content center, in 3.1 hopefully all preview will be going through this context. as for in context edit follows the same preview that is used in content center.
