Email task issue

Hi all,

I built a workflow with the workflow modeler (TS 6.7.1 on Red Hat platform).

I'm trying to use the iw_solution_email.ipl script to send an email from a workflow.

The email task hangs, and in the iwutild_cmdout.log I find the following error:

XML parse error :
junk after document element at line 8, column 0, byte 105 at /iw/iw-home/iw-perl/vendor/lib/XML/Parser.pm line 187

What does this mean?

I'm using the ccmail_header.tpl as EMail Header TPL.

Check if the /iw/iw-home/local/config/wft/solutions/email_map.cfg file is valid xml file.

I would definitely double check the server entries in iw.cfg and also that the email section there is pointing to the correct email_map file.
Then check the email_map file structure is valid XML. Then check all parameters in that file.

Post your iw.cfg file, email_map.cfg and your TS version for futher help

In addition to the files mentioned - make sure your TPL is well formed and does not contain a BOM or space prior to the <?xml ...> header at the top of it.
